Krazy K9 Kennel provides dog boarding, daycare, bathing, and related pet care services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion
2. Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Krazy K9 Kennel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations when necessary for the safety and well-being of our staff, facility, or the animals in our care.
3. Vaccination Requirements
For the health and safety of all dogs, proof of current required vaccinations, including Bordetella, must be provided before your dog's stay. Krazy K9 Kennel reserves the right to refuse admission to any dog that does not meet our health and vaccination requirements.
4. Owner Responsibilities
Dog owners agree to:

Inform us of any medical conditions, medications, behavioral concerns, or special care requirements.

Bring their dog's food in a clearly labeled container for boarding stays.

Ensure their dog is healthy and suitable for boarding or daycare.
Failure to disclose important information may result in refusal of service or early termination of the stay.
5. Payments
Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed reservations unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation and refund policies, if applicable, will be communicated during the booking process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify a reservation.
7. Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe, clean, and caring environment, dog ownership carries inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Krazy K9 Kennel shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including illness, injury, or other unforeseen events, except where required by applicable law or resulting from our negligence.
